At JollyPayments, our Harbortouch POS system provides point of sale hardware, software (with programming), installation, and training with ZERO upfront costs. You only pay a small monthly service fee that covers 24/7 customer support, future software updates, and lifetime hardware warranties. The use of free placement Harbortouch POS requires a credit card merchant processing service agreement and a 1 year agreement for the Harbortouch system. Harbortouch is for USA based merchants only at this time.




Am I responsible for setting up and installing my POS system, or does Harbortouch take care of that for me?


Unlike other point of sale companies that only offer a DIY (do-it-yourself) method for setting up a new POS system, we take a more hands-on approach.

We offer on-site installation and training. Our local certified installation professionals will come to your business location, install your new POS system, and show you how to use it — at no additional cost!




I’m in a rush to get my new POS system. How long does it take for the point of sale system to ship?


Our Harbortouch delivers plug-and-play solutions right out of the box. Therefore, prior to shipping your new system, we will need to program the POS software. We can typically complete this within just a couple weeks. With that in mind, there are a few variables to take into consideration that will impact your turnaround time: The number of products (SKUs) in your inventory or items on your menu How are those products organized in terms of modifiers like ‘no tomato’ or size, color, and style attributes? Do you already have an organized list with the data mentioned above or is this something you need to create?




Once the point of sale solution arrives at my business, how long will it take to install the POS system so I can start using it?
